Pilates continue 13th March for another 8 weeks
I'm delighted to announce that the next Pilates course will run from March 13th to May 22nd and there will be a total of 8 classes. See below the list of dates that the 8 classes will be on. (9.30am-10.30am in the Clubroom)

(Easter holidays - lost of people will be away 17th and 24th April so no class)

You have all progressed so well and are ready for Intermediate Pilates. On this new course you will learn more exercises from the Pilates repertoire as well as advancing the ones you practice already.
There will be focus on increasing fitness levels as well as improving strength and flexibility. Plus you will get tips and strategies for staying fit throughout the summer when routine has changed!
Weekly Nutrition Tips will include a new recipe each week so that you can try something different.
Bonus! On any of the sunny, calm, warm mornings we may do the class outside!
