Adult Classes
Never skied before? No problem.
This four-class series will introduce you to:

How to use your equipment properly

Basic balance, sliding, and stopping

Snowplough turns
-
Using the travellator and button lifts
By the end of the series, you’ll have progressed from our beginner Snowflex slope to the intermediate slope and be ready for your first ski holiday or Improver-level sessions.
When: Weeknights (Mon/Fri at 20:00) and weekends (Sat/Sun at 11:00 & 15:00)
Already got the basics? Time to sharpen your skills.
If you have completed Beginner levels 1 to 4 or skied before, these classes help you:

Refine your turns and edge control

Increase confidence on steeper terrain

Improve lift technique and rhythm

Begin carving techniques
Lessons take place on the intermediate or main slope. These are perfect if you want to feel more comfortable before your next holiday or move towards advanced sessions.

Adult 4-Week Ski Course
Progress with confidence, guided by professionals. Our Adult 4-Week Ski Course is the ideal way to start or improve your skiing in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you’re just coming out of a beginner class or returning to the sport after time away, this course helps you build confidence, refine your technique, and prepare for the slopes, whether here in Kilternan as part of your sport regime or abroad on a ski holiday. The course runs over four consecutive weeks on a “use it or lose it” basis, with one 90-minute session each week. You’ll be grouped with others at a similar ability level and guided through a carefully paced program that builds week-on-week. Across the 4 weeks, you will work on becoming more comfortable on blue or red runs, get ski-holiday-ready, or perfect the skills you learned on your holiday when you are just back, these courses give you the tools and time to make it happen. When: Only available – September, October & March Duration: 4 x 90-minute lessons over 4 weeks Equipment: Skis, boots and poles included Follow-on options: Next Level Classes, Practice Sessions, or Recreational Racing Places fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.
